Gail Work has extensive business experience and has served as a senior level mortgage consultant for 10 years. She is a longtime resident of the Bay Area who has an undergraduate degree from the University of California at Berkeley and a master's degree from Pepperdine University 's School of Business . Gail prides herself in her ability to be a creative problem solver for clients. Her organized, detailed approach with underwriters allows her to obtain loan approval with minimum hassle for clients. Gail's goal is to offer clear, consistent communication throughout the loan process to provide for an understandable and stress free experience for everyone involved. Gail is married to a successful home designer/builder and has a daughter, three dogs, two cats, and three horses. An avid gardener and nature trail hiker, she enjoys many outdoor activities throughout the year in the beautiful Bay Area. She is very involved in the real estate mortgage community, and is a member of the Silicon Valley Association of Realtors and the Palo Alto Board of Realtors Affiliate Committee, Palo Alto School Fundraising Committee, and Tour Committee. Also active in her local community, she volunteers for various non-profit campaigns.
