Why Janina Barycza?

Janina “Nina” Barycza founded Adamarc Financial Company in the fall of 1992, following 10 years of residential lending experience in a variety of increasingly responsible roles. She had previously enjoyed a successful career in retail banking on both U.S. coasts – with Northern California Savings and National State Bank in New Jersey . Nina is a graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics, International Trade Division, and worked in Austria for the Polish-American Immigration and Relief Committee, helping refugees through the U.S. immigration process. In 1973, Nina immigrated to the United States with her husband, and they bought their first house in the Willows neighborhood of Menlo Park in 1979, then moved to West Menlo in 1987. Nina has two grown sons, Adam and Mark. Adam joined Adamarc Financial in 2003, after working as an investment banker and receiving a Masters degree in International Finance. Mark is currently finishing his Masters Degree in Electrical Engineering at Santa Clara University. . Look closely, and you'll know where she came up with the name Adamarc.
