Why Rick Southern?

Rick Southern has originated more than two thousand home loans since becoming a mortgage consultant in 1992. He has been named on Mortgage Originator's Top 2000 List of most productive agents in the United States . Rick attributes the unusual success of his career to a combination of providing solid financial advice, always putting clients' best interests in the forefront, and using common sense in creating personalized lending solutions. A former technology executive, Rick holds a Bachelor of Art in Economics from UC Santa Cruz and a Masters in Business with Finance emphasis from Cal State Hayward. He is currently active in Coach Parks Charities and several Menlo Atherton High School community volunteer programs. A northern California native, Rick is presently resides in El Granada, where he and his wife raise their kindergarten-age daughter and enjoy surfing and other sports in their free time.
